Snow and Cancellation Policies
Late Cancellations: When you book a service, we reserve that time exclusively for you. We are now requiring 24 hours notice when cancelling your appointment so that we have time to reach clients on our waiting list. As a courtesy to all of our clients, we will offer a one-time “freebie” per year to late-cancel without being charged. All subsequent late cancellations will be charged a $45 fee.
No-Shows: The freebie does not apply to no-shows. If you miss your appointment without calling us to let us know, you will be charged the full cost of the service you had scheduled.
INCLEMENT WEATHER POLICY
It’s that time of year! As all of our therapists live in different areas, cancellations due to snow or ice will be determined on an individual basis. We will call you if your therapist is unable to make it to the office for your appointment. When the weather gets messy, be sure to have your phone nearby, and please make sure we have your current cell phone number in our file.
If YOU feel unsafe driving to our office, (even if we haven’t cancelled your appointment), please do not hesitate to call us. In these cases you will not be charged for a late cancellation, but as much notice as possible will be greatly appreciated.
