Stand Up Paddleboard Yoga at Marsh Creek Lake

Loading Events
Our July class was such a success, we added a new class for August!
Find your flow on the water with this one-of-a-kind yoga experience that blends movement, nature, and serenity.
Stand Up Paddleboard Yoga invites you to leave the studio behind and step onto a floating mat—where every pose becomes a playful adventure in balance, breath, and presence.

Surrounded by the sounds of water and sky, you’ll strengthen your core, sharpen your focus, and surrender to the rhythm of nature. Whether you’re flowing through yoga poses or resting in stillness, the gentle movement of the board enhances every stretch and soothes the nervous system.

ALL levels are welcome — whether you’re a seasoned yogi or just paddle-curious. Your teacher Amanda will guide you through accessible poses that can be adapted for any experience level so you can move safely and have fun!

It’s playful, peaceful, and enlivening.  Come float, breathe, and be.

Amanda Will, RYT, is registered with the Yoga Alliance as both an adult and children’s yoga teacher with well over 500 hours of training, including certifications in Trauma-Sensitive Yoga for Recovery and Mental Health, the Prison Yoga Project, and more. Amanda’s classes focus on strength, accessibility and mindfulness. An avid paddleboarder, you can find her on the lake when she’s not at the studio.
