Kim Petry is a yoga teacher, personal trainer, and women’s holistic hormone consultant. She graduated with a degree in exercise science and started studying holistic health to support her own health journey. With over 12 years of experience teaching classes of all types, Kim loves helping people to feel their absolute best and have compassion for their body along the journey.
