Each class incorporates Ayurvedic principles with a slow, intentional yoga flow. Expect warming breathwork, longer-held postures, grounding sequences, and soothing self-care rituals that help you feel rooted and supported through seasonal change.

Week 1: Introduction to Vata Season – Finding Stability Amid Change
Week 2: Root to Rise – Grounding Flows that Build Sustained Energy
Week 3: Nourish & Restore – Self-Massage (Abhyanga) + Yin-Inspired Movement
Week 4: Inner Warmth – Heart-Centered Flow & Fall Sankalpa Practice
What’s Included:
- Four 60-minute Ayurvedic yoga classes, including gentle movement, breathing and meditation
- Seasonal grounding tea or golden milk after class (and recipes for at-home)
- Weekly Ayurvedic lifestyle tips, recipes, and journaling prompts
- Small, supportive group energy
