Flow Into Fall Series: Seasonal Alchemy with Yoga & Ayurveda

Slow Down. Ground Deeply. Nourish from Within.
Join us for this 4-week yoga series to align with the rhythms of nature and embrace the wisdom of the season.
As the air turns crisp and the days grow shorter, autumn invites us to turn inward. In Ayurveda, fall is the season of “Vata” —bringing qualities of dryness, coolness and restlessness. This 4-week transformational series is designed to gently counterbalance these tendencies with grounding, warming, and steadying practices that restore calm, build resilience, and cultivate sustained energy.

What to Expect:
Each class incorporates Ayurvedic principles with a slow, intentional yoga flow. Expect warming breathwork, longer-held postures, grounding sequences, and soothing self-care rituals that help you feel rooted and supported through seasonal change.

Weekly Themes:
Week 1: Introduction to Vata Season – Finding Stability Amid Change
Week 2: Root to Rise – Grounding Flows that Build Sustained Energy
Week 3: Nourish & Restore – Self-Massage (Abhyanga) + Yin-Inspired Movement
Week 4: Inner Warmth – Heart-Centered Flow & Fall Sankalpa Practice

What’s Included:

  • Four 60-minute Ayurvedic yoga classes, including gentle movement, breathing and meditation
  • Seasonal grounding tea or golden milk after class (and recipes for at-home)
  • Weekly Ayurvedic lifestyle tips, recipes, and journaling prompts

What is Ayurveda?
Ayurveda, is a holistic system of natural medicine that originated in India more than 5,000 years ago. The term “Ayurveda” is derived from the Sanskrit words “Ayur” (life) and “Veda” (science or knowledge). It’s main focus is to bring about whole-body health and well-being through balance.
