Immerse yourself in a bath of sacred sound.

Join us for this one-of-a-kind, deeply relaxing experience. Yoga teacher and professional singer Mary Kate McGetrick leads you through a sound healing journey with guided meditation and restorative yoga poses. Accompanied by the ethereal tones of quartz crystal bowls and sacred chanting, Mary Kate will help you to deeply relax and restore as we prepare for Fall.

The fall season starts with the Autumn Equinox, a turning point that marks the beginning of longer nights and shorter days. It’s the perfect time to pause in the transition from the active energy of summer to the reflective energy of our cooler, darker seasons. Take time to slow down, rest and connect to yourself as you soak in the celestial vibrations in this special offering.

Absolutely no yoga experience required. Restorative yoga is extremely gentle and passive and appropriate for all bodies.

Give yourself the gift of healing and deep rest this fall. This is one of our most popular offerings. Space is limited so register today to reserve your spot.

What are singing bowls?

Singing bowls are metal or crystal bowls that create clear tones by striking and circling them with a mallet. It is thought that the vibration created by these tones can soothe the mind and relax the body.

Mary Kate McGetrick is a Yoga Teacher with 500 hours of training as well as a professional musician and singer. She has performed at venues throughout the area.
