In this restorative practice, you’ll be guided through nurturing postures designed to soothe the nervous system, ease muscle tension, and replenish your inner energy. A quiet, candlelit atmosphere sets the tone for deep relaxation — a true happy hour of rest.

Sink into stillness and let the week melt away.
Restorative yoga is a gentle, fully supported practice that invites the body and mind to slow down. Using props like bolsters, blankets, and blocks, you’ll rest in comfortable poses for several minutes at a time, allowing deep relaxation and release. There’s no effort or strain — just space to breathe, unwind, and restore. This class is suitable for all fitness levels, including beginners and anyone seeking a calm, grounding experience.

Release your stress and soothe your mind after a busy week. Join us for this blissful hour of deep rest and renewal.
