Together, we’ll explore the vital role sleep plays in our health and happiness, and why it’s often undervalued in today’s busy, overworked culture. You’ll uncover how to honor your individual sleep needs and develop realistic, supportive habits that bring ease to your evenings and energy to your days.

You’ll learn:

  • How to recognize what’s standing in the way of your rest
  • Foundational, holistic strategies to improve sleep quality
  • Simple ways to integrate herbal allies into your nightly routine

Between sessions, you’ll put your new tools into practice with simple, achievable steps. Along the way, you’ll receive group coaching and guidance, ensuring the strategies fit your unique needs and helping you gain confidence in building healthy, restorative habits.

Sarah York is a certified Health & Life Coach through the ICF-accredited Health Coach Institute, as well as a 500-hour Registered Yoga and Meditation Instructor. She has studied five years as a Community Herbalist in Training at the Commonwealth Center for Holistic Herbalism.
 
Sarah’s own health journey started in middle school. Her initial struggle with weight and food led to years of disordered eating, emotional eating, frustration and A LOT of weight fluctuations. Poor nutrition and yo-yo dieting led to depression, anxiety, poor self image, and joint pain for a number of years. It wasn’t until she started working holistically that Sarah discovered that the path to feeling and looking her best didn’t have be complicated or dependent upon a trick diet or supplement. At 44, Sarah has have never felt better in body, mind and spirit. Her journey has led her to wanting to help others who struggle with eating and health issues.  “Transformation does take attention and a little time, but if you are committed to feeling better, it is totally accessible and waiting for you!”
