Week 1: Welcome to Your Balanced Summer! Understanding Pitta Energy + Cooling the Body
Week 2: Moon Salutations + Cooling Breathwork for Calm and Clarity
Week 3: Grounding Flows to Soothe Summer Intensity + Self-Massage (Abhyanga) for Stability
Week 4: Integration & Inner Fire: Gentle Flow + Guided Meditation + Seasonal Sankalpa (Purpose)

- Four 75-minute Ayurvedic yoga classes, including gentle movement, breathing and meditation
- Seasonal recipes, self-care tips, and journaling prompts
- Herbal refreshments after class
- Small group connection and optional check-in support
