You learn quickly and have the ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously. No job is too big or too small for you, whether you’re warmly helping our regular customers, solving complex payment issues in our software system, or sweeping up the lobby after a busy day.

Whether it’s remembering a returning client’s name, ensuring the space feels calm and inviting, or handling client communications with ease and grace, you know that the little things make a big difference.

WHAT YOU GET TO DO:

Our front desk receptionist will:

Be the warm and friendly face of Vital Touch Wellness, as you welcome people walking in our doors, answer phones, book appointments and process payment.
Play a crucial role in keeping our classes and massage schedules full as you stay on top of bookings, cancellations and the wait-list.
Become an expert in all things Vital Touch Wellness, understanding our offerings in depth so you can match each person with the best experience.
Cultivate a peaceful, clean and organized environment, keeping things at the front desk fully stocked and in working order.
Advance to exciting new responsibilities as you grow, including solving complex payment issues , managing inventory and more.
Be an invaluable team member to whom no task is too big or too small. Collaborate in behind-the-scenes special projects such as event planning, marketing materials, and sharing ideas to bolster our team, support our customers, and build our community.

HOURS:

Mondays through Fridays 12:30 to 7 p.m.

LOCATION:

We’re at 176, Park Rd, Downingtown, just off of Rte. 100 and about 1 mile north of the Downingtown turnpike entrance. We’re an easy drive from Exton, Chester Springs, Downingtown, King of Prussia, Malvern, Coatesville, Honey Brook, Phoenixville and Pottstown.
