Experience the profound relaxation of restorative yoga enhanced with deeply healing effects of massage.

Restorative yoga is all about healing the mind and body. You’ll be completely supported in very gentle stretches with blankets and bolsters. As your body relaxes into these supports, it can release deep layers of pain and tension in tight connective tissue throughout your back, hips, shoulders and neck.

Let go into a blissful place of peace and stillness.

Throughout this class, in each stretch, massage therapists will visit every student. Using gentle, firm pressure, their hands-on healing touch will encourage a deeper level of letting go within your muscles and your mind.

At the end, each student will get the equivalent of a full-body massage. You’ll feel nurtured, rejuvenated, looser and lighter.

No yoga experience necessary.

All you need to do is nestle into our blankets and bolsters while our therapists massage away your tension and worry.

This class is for all levels and is perfect for people with chronic pain or people who need to relax and tune out the busy-ness of life.
