Restorative Yoga is a gentle, fully supported practice that invites deep healing for both body and mind. Using props like bolsters, blankets, and blocks, you’ll rest in cozy, comfortable poses for several minutes at a time, allowing deep relaxation and release. There’s no effort or strain — just space to breathe, release, and let go.
Sink into stillness and let the week melt away.
You’ll be surprised how rejuvenated you feel afterwards! Restorative Yoga is for all levels and is beneficial for people with chronic pain or people who need to relax and tune out the busy-ness of life. Afterwards, you’ll feel rested, revitalized, and at peace.
Restorative Yoga can:
- Relieve chronic pain
- Release deep seated tension in muscles and fascia
- Clear your mind of worry and overthinking
- Lower heart rate and blood pressure
- Strengthen your body’s relaxation response and resilience to stress
A quiet, candlelit atmosphere sets the tone for deep relaxation — a true happy hour of blissful rest and renewal.
